1. Who Can Use Askit

To use Askit, you must be at least 16 years old. If you're under 18, you need permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. What Askit Does

Askit is a video Q&A platform. Users (Askers) post questions with a tip to reward the best answers. Experts (Creators) answer questions in short video format. Answers become public once delivered.

3. Payments and Earnings

• Askers can tip to highlight a question.
• Other users can contribute to increase visibility.
• When a Creator answers a question, they earn the total tip amount minus a 30% platform fee.
• Payments are processed through third-party services.

4. Content and Rights

You own the content (videos, questions) you create, but you grant Askit a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute it. Do not post content that is harmful, unlawful, or violates others' rights.

5. No Guarantees

We can't promise all questions will get answered. Creators choose which questions they reply to.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of any significant changes.
