AskitApp is a social Q&A platform that allows users (“fans”) to ask paid questions to content creators (“creators”).

Creators can respond with short video answers that are viewable primarily through the Askit mobile app.

The Service is accessible to users aged 13 and over.

By using Askit, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

Access to certain features (such as payment or creator onboarding) may require creating an account with a verified phone number.

Fans can ask questions via the Askit web platform, choosing a price tier or custom amount.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

If a creator does not reply within 72 hours, the fan is automatically refunded.

Creators receive their earnings manually by withdrawing their available balance through the Askit mobile app.

AskitApp acts as a technical intermediary between fans and creators.

The platform collects a 15% service fee on each completed paid question.

All video answers and related content are created by independent creators.

AskitApp does not control or endorse any creator content and cannot be held responsible for opinions, advice, or statements made by creators.

Users agree not to post or request content that is illegal, hateful, violent, sexual, or violates the rights of others.

Any reported or inappropriate content may be moderated or removed.

Fans and creators can report questions or video answers that violate these Terms.

Reported content is reviewed via the moderation tools available in the mobile app.

AskitApp reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or deny access to the Service in case of repeated or severe violations.

All trademarks, logos, and designs displayed on the Service are owned by AskitApp or its partners.

Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any material from the platform without written permission.

Creators retain ownership of their videos but grant AskitApp a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute their content within the Service, including the ability for users to share videos externally with an Askit watermark.

AskitApp provides the Service “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We make no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, or specific results.

AskitApp cannot be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the platform.

Users can delete their accounts at any time from the mobile app or by contacting us at hello@askitapp.co

Upon deletion, all personal data and videos associated with the account are permanently removed.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect product changes or legal requirements.

Users will be notified of material changes when applicable.

Continued use of the Service after an update means acceptance of the revised Terms.
